Matt Skinner  our "Chippie" is a third generation builder who has 17 years experience in the building industry.  Good Carpenters are often hard to come by but when you find someone as experienced as Matt and his trusted team working soley for Suncity Homes, you know your home is in safe hands.  Matt pays particular attention to the finest of detail ensuring your home is built to the quality that Sunctiy Homes promises to deliver.

Linton Banks our "Fixout Carpenter" has been a loyal contractor to Suncity Homes for over 20 years he is a licensed builder who has an eye for detail and a can-do-attitude.  His ability to think outside the square sets him apart from the rest.  Linton is an asset to our business and contributes to the on-going success of Suncity Homes.
