Northrise sure of a winner

THE first home in one of Noosa’s newest residential estates, Noosa Northrise, is complete and up for grabs.  Surf Life Saving Foundation lotteries marketing manager Matt Butler said the house was the first completed in the estate and tickets would go on sale tomorrow.  Mr Butler said SLSF chose the Noosa Northrise estate because they knew their supporters preferred the Noosa area.

Sunshine Coast builder Suncity Homes, who have been building SLSF prize homes for a decade, built the three-bedroom residence in just over four months.  Sales manager and owner Thene Bell said he had a lot of confidence that the estate would take off.

‘‘We’re building a display home in there and we have bought a block in there ourselves,’’ Mr Bell said.

Mr Butler said SLSF had such a longstanding relationship with Suncity Homes because they continued to design and build unique, high-quality homes their
supporters loved.

Mr Bell said the prize home design concentrated on indoor/outdoor living and an external lightweight construction, which was good for the environment and Queensland’s climate.

The house will be open to the public from 10am tomorrow and open daily from 10am-5pm until entries close on December 15.  The prize has been valued at $881,940, which includes a $45,000 furniture package.

The Surf Life Saving Lottery 143 closes on December 15 at noon and will be drawn on December 17 at noon at Surf Rescue House, 18 Manning St, South Brisbane.
