Suncity Homes co-owner and CEO Diane Coventry said between their staff and the land sales team they were able to show prospective buyers a variety of homes to suit each block and had
three homes showcasing their latest collection. One of the homes is the Surf Life Saving lottery home,
which has tickets on sale until noon next Wednesday, December 15 and a private home, which will be
on display from this weekend. ‘‘There is something pretty unique about this estate in that it is so close
to Noosa,’’ she said. Diane said the three homes met different demographics, starting from a home
suited to second house buyers in the Surf Life Saving home, to a more upmarket home and then a superbly
fit-out, single-level home suited to retirees wishing to downsize, without missing out on the ‘‘niceties’’.
Suncity Homes sales manager and co-owner Thene Bell said the company had a lot of confidence in the
estate and wanted to showcase the buildings’ quality to Noosa locals. ‘‘We want a representation in Noosa, as there are no
other homes open for inspection in Noosa,’’ he said. He said the homes were built to meet the individual requirements of
clients and had designs available from well-known architects and building designers, including Sarah Waller, Ben Thornton,
Chris Clout and more. Mr Bell said Suncity Homes would start building a Sarah Waller designed home in February next year
and would build another Surf Life Saving lottery home for completion in September 2011. The new home now open for
inspection features four bedrooms, study, pool and a high quality fit-out and costs $548,000 to build.
