Nirvana II

Another Phil Quayle architecturally designed home which engages the senses.  The planning of this home revolves around the use of water and stone to provide defined spaces that calm and entice you through the building. The water garden entry and landscaped court offer a welcomed greeting while linking the landscaped form into the building..

The home caters for both young and old with a separate home office and central living terrace offering an all weather use.  The open plan living zone is blurred into the outdoor rooms and a separate sleeping wing from the main living zone achieves sound and visual privacy.  The breezes are easily controlled with the provision of the central terrace space which has been uniquely placed to offer a variety of uses. 

The designer kitchen gains a commanding position over the living zone whilst providing great supervision of the swimming pool, the service core of the building is conveniently located together offering the use of the laundry as a second kitchen/scullery space.
 
To complete the Nirvana II the master suite is located on the upper level with complete privacy and a commanding view of the pool with views out over the park to the natural bush setting beyond.  Separate dressing rooms with a resort style ensuite make the master bedroom truly a luxury retreat.

As with the internal spacial planning the home creates a modern resort feel with use of the pavilion roofs that borrow the very best of Tropical Queensland design. Stone, water, timber and glass complete the building with a soft elegance and create a welcoming retreat at home.
