This modern Chris Clout design is all about privacy, tranquility and the outdoors.  A timber boardwalk leads through the gated front courtyard, past the tropical pool area with the adjoining guest room to the front which is set back into the property.  The entry is an atrium of natural light and trees which soften the transition from outdoors to in.  Large sliding doors on either side of the living space open up to the pool entertaining area and an opened grassed area on the other.  All of which os surrounded by thick tropical landscaping, maximizing the outdoor ambience whilst still maintaining absolute privacy and allowing full use of natural cross ventilation.

All living spaces are located on a single level and are arranged with a separate zone for children's entertainment which also opens directly onto the pool area with the exception of the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite located on the upper floor offering an added level of privacy.
